Olswang is the business name for an international legal practice carried on by Olswang LLP and its affiliated businesses. Accordingly, all references on this website to "Olswang", "the firm", "we", "us" or "our" should be read as referring to Olswang LLP and its affiliated businesses.
A list of members (and of the non-members who are designated as partners) of Olswang LLP and their qualifications is available for inspection at its registered office, 90 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6XX. We use the word partner to refer to a member of Olswang LLP, or an employee or consultant of Olswang LLP or any of its affiliated businesses with equivalent standing and qualifications.
In common with other professional service firms, the Olswang general partnership converted to limited liability partnership status under English law. The conversion took effect on 1 May 2009 when Olswang LLP took over the practice of the Olswang general partnership. The conversion applies to our businesses in the U.K., Germany and Belgium. The firm's offices in Germany and Belgium are branch offices of Olswang LLP. Some documents on this website were produced before 1 May 2009. Nothing on this website or in these documents should be taken to indicate that Olswang or any of its affiliated firms or businesses are unlimited liability undertakings or general partnerships.
Olswang LLP is an international legal practice and is subject to the rules of the professional regulatory bodies of the jurisdictions in which its offices are based.
Olswang LLP is registered for VAT purposes with VAT registration number 945 6395 82.
