Our Equity Capital Markets Group, which specialises in advising companies, nominated advisers, sponsors and brokers on flotations and fund raisings on AIM and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, works on projects that stand us apart from others.
We have advised on some of the largest IPOs in the history of AIM, expertise that puts us in the lead advisory role for flotations and fundraisings from a diverse range of international jurisdictions; and a drive to bring success to our clients that in 2006 and 2007 meant we helped them raise more than £1.2 billion.
