Rich Futures combines the experience of its Principal, Clive Rich, to create a commercially focused music and media, legal and business affairs service which is fully in synch with the current and rapidly changing digital media business environment.
In line with Olswang's continued focus on digital media and this developing market, the Firm has an exclusive consultancy agreement with Rich Futures to advise clients on a range of business issues.
Rich Futures is:
Based on frontline commercial, legal and business affairs experience in the digital and traditional media space;
Grounded in a strong commercial and operational understanding derived from having successfully run commercial businesses and from the co-principals’ continuing independent commercial activities;
Able to provide a bridge between:
(i) Traditional media companies, talent and their management on the one hand and the digital landscape they seek to access; and
(ii) Digital companies, services, applications and channels on the other hand and the access to content and talent they need to create differentiated interactive services and products.
Supported by a dynamic network of business relationships across the traditional music and media companies and the digital service providers, mobile network operators, ISPs, hardware and software companies, social media companies, innovative start-ups and investment community comprising the digital media sector.
Rich Futures is:
(i) Traditional media companies, talent and their management on the one hand and the digital landscape they seek to access; and
(ii) Digital companies, services, applications and channels on the other hand and the access to content and talent they need to create differentiated interactive services and products.
